A heavy safe is a literal pain to move, but the team from Amex Moving & Storage arrived with a heavy-duty dolly. They moved the heavy object through the front door with plenty of clearance. I was worried about my hardwood floors, but they used protective runners the entire time. The job finished faster than my last move. My heavy safe is now in the new place without any damage to it. The team was very professional and did not charge any upfront cost.

They even set everything back up in the new space so I could start working the same day without doing any extra lifting myself.

I was hesitant about moving my collection of artwork, including large canvases and delicate sculptures. However, the team handled everything with exceptional care, using high-quality packing materials for security. When I arrived, I was overjoyed to see everything undamaged!
Kenny and his guys were wonderful to work with! Punctual. Careful. Easy to communicate with. They were assigned to us through the broker and we are very satisfied. All around great moving experience!!
