I hired Amex Moving & Storage to move my office furniture from one building to another downtown. The desks and filing cabinets were heavy and awkward to carry, but the team never complained once. They even set everything back up in the new space so I could start working the same day without doing any extra lifting myself.
Kenny and his guys were wonderful to work with! Punctual. Careful. Easy to communicate with. They were assigned to us through the broker and we are very satisfied. All around great moving experience!!
We had to move out of state and needed help getting everything loaded for a long drive. I had already packed most of it, but I was nervous about the bigger furniture and how it would handle the trip. The movers wrapped and secured everything tightly. When it was unloaded days later, everything looked just like it did when it left. That peace of mind was worth it.
I had been fretting about relocating our big, heavy upright piano but the crew seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They were equipped with special harnesses and knew their way around narrow passages. All was well, we arrived with nothing broken.
Everyone from the office personnel to the movers on the actual moving day at Amex Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They were very organized and prepared, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment. They tackled everything with ease and skill, and they made sure everything went perfectly. They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.
I thought I'd give this team a try since everyone has said good things about them. There was no guarantee that the delivery would happen on time and be done correctly. They did everything that was asked carefully and without any problems. They were very helpful.
I was grateful for the skills of Malvin and his team. They managed to move my heavy bed from my old place to my new one without any hassle. They dismantled and reassembled it quickly and smoothly. They also moved my mattress, pillows, sheets, and blankets without any stains or tears. They were very strong and fast.
I moved from a second-floor apartment into a home with no elevator, which I thought would be a nightmare. The movers made it so easy. They were fast and didn’t hesitate with the heavy lifting. They even managed to get my bulky couch through a narrow hallway without issues. Everything was handled professionally and without damage. I was really impressed with the whole experience.

A great experience, because of the moving staff that came on estimated time. I appreciate how hard they work and follow all my guidelines attentively. Their dedication while moving was a big plus. They made moving much easier for me!
