I strongly recommend their services.
We were moving into our first home and had a mix of things from storage, family donations, and new purchases still in boxes. It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.

Great value! Headache free!
The moving team did a great job shifting our studio equipment. They followed instructions closely and stayed polite the entire time. They handled the delicate parts with attention and made sure items were set properly after unloading. The timing was perfect for us to continue working the same day.

This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

I would happily use them again.
I was impressed by how smoothly my move went. The team planned everything well, packed carefully, and made sure I could easily find the things I needed first. I would happily use them again.

The movers worked efficiently and finished the job on time. I was astounded by how carefully they relocated my belongings, taking care not to damage the walls in the process.

Honest, reliable, reputable company!
Amex Moving & Storage handled my mom's move. She kept changing her mind about where to put furniture. Instead of rolling their eyes, they just moved it again. That kind of patience goes a long way in stressful times.

They were very responsive!
Due to a job transfer, I had to move in a hurry. The movers that I used showed up fully prepared and didn't waste any time chatting. They took the bed frame apart in minutes and kept all the hardware in a labeled bag for the other end. All the boxes were stacked neatly in the van to maximize the space. They reassembled all the things at the new place and made sure the path was clear before leaving. I would suggest calling this team if you plan to move soon.
