Thanks to them, my delicate and oddly shaped items arrived at the new place in perfect condition.
These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. My possessions were much more arranged after the movers than at my previous residence, which was one of the biggest shocks of my relocation! They methodically boxed my books, seasonal decorations, and ordinary goods to arrange them rationally. They asked clarifying questions, such as whether I needed winter clothing on hand or in the attic, and which dishes I planned to use immediately. These things made unpacking at my new house easy, eliminating the need to open random boxes for a spatula. Moreover, despite navigating large appliances through my small back entrance, the crew kept a positive attitude throughout the day.

What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
