I had a move involving 3 stops and this company’s experts managed it perfectly. I was sure something would get mixed up. But the crew had a detailed checklist, color-coded tags, and triple-checked everything before leaving each site. Not one box went missing, and everything arrived in perfect order!
Contact this team for your relocation needs because they did a great job for me. They finished the entire project few hours from start to finish. I had a lot of loose gear and packed boxes that needed to go to my new apartment. The crew handled the loading process and the transport without any issues. The service met my requirements, and these guys deserve every five-star rating they get.
With my stuff going on a long journey, the Amex Moving & Storage gave me real-time updates so I could chill. I knew where my furniture was at all times, which was a big relief.
Right from the start, they showed up well-prepared and competent. Their strategy was crystal clear, and every player contributed. We finished quickly and without damage.
I am changing my original review which was only on pickup not the entire process. I moved from NY to Florida. I researched different moving companies and compare it to moving myself. The POD didn’t have the size I needed. AMERISAFE gave me a great discount that equaled to the cost of renting a U-HAUL truck one way. But their service included loading and unloading the truck. The other companies were comparable without the discount. AMERISAFE is a broker an outsource to a moving company which you won’t be aware of to review. They outsource the people to unload and load the items. There were 2 issues that resulted because of this: delivery date and requirements of accessibility for the truck. Initially I was told when the items are picked up it will be delivered within 4 days however it took 2 weeks and I didn’t receive 24 hour notice. I requested to be informed when the items were on the way but didn’t get one. I put an AirTag in one of the boxes which is how I was able to track it. The other issue was I had to make sure that the place can accommodate an18 wheeler. I had to switch my storage unit to ensure that the truck has access or I would be charge $500 for shuttling my item. My stuff was loaded/unloaded 4 times before it came to me. When the items finally arrived, some boxes were damaged and some storage bins were broken. I haven’t had a chance to go through the items to see if anything was broken but that isn’t covered by them since I packed it myself. I can’t compare them to any others but what I know now I would of drove my items down myself.
I have no doubts about recommending this company. The movers carefully took apart and put back together all of my furniture and tools at the new house. They took care of everything; all I had to do was tell them where to mail the packages.
The team deserves genuine appreciation for their exceptional service. They arrived on time and worked diligently to load my belongings, and their constant cheerful demeanor was a testament to their commitment to excellence.
I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. It was a small move, but they treated it like it mattered.

Our business uses this service for our workplace shift, and those guys were great. They brought stuff to wrap our computers and gear, then labeled it all by department. That crew worked around our schedule, so we didn't lose time. Every worker was polite and handled our electronics well. They even stayed to help move desks around until the spot was just right. It was a very professional team, and we would call them again for sure.
