Amex Moving & Storage lived up to their name! Their coordinated effort was lightning fast, they showed up precisely when they said they would, and they made my relocation a breeze. They maintained a professional demeanor the whole time. They lifted my carpets and were extremely careful with all of my belongings, including my piano. Awesome!

They knew exactly how to handle our houseplants. They had a different section in the truck with adjustable straps to keep the plants upright. They watered them before and after the move, so they didn’t wilt.

Terrible communication on important matters

I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about AMEX Moving & Storage and decided to hire them for my move. What a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces of furniture, and when I confronted them about it, they were unapologetic and tried to blame me for not packing better! The final bill was also much higher than what was quoted, with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. I feel misled and incredibly disappointed. I wish I had gone with a more reputable company.

Literally the best!
