5 stars is not even enough!!! First time using a moving company and it was such a great experience. They were so great to work with. Alex team who came to pack up our home was phenomenal!! My family and I cannot thank you all enough! Definitely recommend, 10/10, if we need to move again AMEX Moving & Storage will be our first call.
When I move, I always hire movers. I coordinated my move with Vicente 2 weeks ago, and he was very humble and professional. The movers arrived at my storage facility promptly last morning and immediately began loading my belongings into the vehicle. As he laid down a runner to protect the carpet to bring my items inside, I was satisfied of their cleanliness. 5 stars service.
Javier and the rest of the Amex Moving & Storage staff did an excellent job. Everything was loaded into boxes and ready for moving. The team constructed and dismantled each equipment carefully, and the service was quick and effective.
Javier showed such professionalism during the move. He guided the team, answered my questions, and even made sure fragile items were double-checked. Having him in charge made me completely trust the process.
Your assistance with my interstate move was invaluable. It looked like the truck was in great shape. Crew was on time and very efficient. Incredible work on a tricky move.
Great service again! Malvin and his crew moved us from our big house to our new condo. Then, once we were settled, they got all of our valuable art out of storage and delivered it to us. My wife and I can't say enough about Amex Moving & Storage. The front office was a pleasure to work with and the crew that was sent to move our belongings was outstanding. I never saw four young men (Henry, kendry, Javier and Vicente) work so hard as they did. They were a "machine!" The move took just under 12 hours to complete and they busted their tails to the very end. They were very knowledgeable in dismantling our electronics, beds, shelving, etc. and reassembling everything perfectly. As the crew left one of the young men said, "tell your friends about us!" We most certainly will. Thank you once again!
Our retail store relocation could have been a nightmare, but Amex Moving & Storage handled it with precision. Shelving units were disassembled and reassembled perfectly, and all inventory was moved without damage. The team even helped us arrange the new layout. They made sure the store was ready to open the next morning, which saved us time and money. Highly recommend them.
Our long-distance move from the coast inland meant my surfboards had to make the trip safely. The movers slid each board into padded covers and stored them against the truck wall to prevent bending. When they were brought inside, I checked for dings, but there weren’t any. I appreciated the extra steps to protect something I use every weekend.
Beyond grateful! I had to reschedule the move twice. Both times, the office staff was quick to make the changes and update my paperwork without pushing fees. When they finally moved, all my information was on hand, and it went smoothly!
