Immensely satisfied

I am writing this because I was super impressed with the specialized piano skid they used. Most movers just try to wing it, but Amex Moving & Storage came prepared with the right equipment and plenty of moving blankets. They didn't even leave a scuff on the hardwood floors while moving that beast of an instrument. It’s rare to see that kind of expertise these days.

Peaceful Service!

The unexpected outpour of rain certainly did not demotivate the movers. They were as determined as ever to wrap my move up on schedule. They brought big plastic coverings and numerous rolls of bubble wrap to thoroughly pack every piece. It was a smart move on their part since it prevented even a droplet of water from seeping in. After arriving to my new apartment, they draped their raincoats on and even unloaded and arranged all my things accordingly! They’re stunning at what they do!

Our house has antique furniture that needs careful attention. The moving crew expertly handles fragile items, meticulously dismantling and labeling each component for precise reassembly. Before loading a historic cabinet, Javier cleaned and polished it. They ensured nothing was scratched or broken, securely fastening every piece with specialized cushioning. Hiring them was the best decision I made. I was going through a lot personally around the time of the move, and my energy for dealing with logistics was basically zero. The team required almost nothing from me on the day except to tell them where things were going. I sat in the kitchen with a coffee for most of it, and by the time I had processed what was happening, the move was already done.

I would highly recommend working with this team.

I have a small garden, and moving all my potted plants was something I was really worried about. Amex Moving & Storage movers took special care, placing each pot into a custom crate to keep them from tipping over. They provided extra padding to protect the more delicate plants. When we arrived, they unloaded the garden items first, ensuring they got some sunlight as quickly as possible. Not a single plant was damaged, and their attention to such small details really made my day.
