There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
The whole process was handled with care and efficiency. The movers didn't just carry boxes; they made sure each one was placed where it belonged, saving me hours of work later. Heavy furniture was moved without a scratch to the walls or floors. They stayed cheerful the entire time, even when moving heavier items up a narrow staircase. It's rare to find such a professional team that still makes the day feel easy.

I'm still in contact with them as I consider them family great overall experience!!!!!!!!
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
We had the most amazing experience with this company. Their movers delivered our belongings intact! The final bill was fair too!!

I had a really good experience with Amex Moving & Storage last Tuesday. I was worried about my large mirror and some artwork, but the guys handled everything with a lot of care. It is such a relief to have all my fragile items in the new house without a single crack.
Juan helped me take apart my bed frame because I couldn't get the screws loose on my own. It was a huge relief to have someone there who had the right tools and just handled it without any fuss. Thanks for the great move.
