I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
A heavy safe is a literal pain to move, but the team from Amex Moving & Storage arrived with a heavy-duty dolly. They moved the heavy object through the front door with plenty of clearance. I was worried about my hardwood floors, but they used protective runners the entire time. The job finished faster than my last move. My heavy safe is now in the new place without any damage to it. The team was very professional and did not charge any upfront cost.
I have no doubts about recommending this company. The movers carefully took apart and put back together all of my furniture and tools at the new house. They took care of everything; all I had to do was tell them where to mail the packages.

They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.
The movers showed up on time and handled all of my furniture with care. They stayed organized and made the whole process much less stressful. I'm very happy with how everything turned out and would gladly use them again.
