Solid 5 stars for the team. I was mostly worried about my hardwood floors getting scuffed up, but they were very mindful and used floor runners the whole time.
We are very happy with how the move went. The crew helped us shift our shop from the city to the suburbs. The whole thing was done by the afternoon last Tuesday.
I definitely recommend this service if you don’t want any problems when moving. The crew showed up and immediately got to work on the heavy boxes that I couldn't lift by myself. They kept the truck clean and tidy while they organized our possessions for the trip. It was much faster than I expected, and they didn't take any long breaks. I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. It was a small move, but they treated it like it mattered.
The service was phenomenal from the booking to the delivery! Henry was a great foreman, he was super helpful and diligent! The entire team was kind and I did not have to lift a finger! This team made my hectic move—across several states—easy!
