We were moving into our first home and had a mix of things from storage, family donations, and new purchases still in boxes. It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.

Excellent bargain.
The movers were courteous, efficient and very well organized. They named everything, loaded the truck in good order, and unloaded in good order. I loved how they kept me up to date throughout the process.

Super PRECISE and ON TIME!
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.

They are cheap and highly suggested.
We had a great experience moving our one-bedroom apartment across the state. The three movers were exceptionally polite and energetic. They took apart the bed frame and put it back together at the new place perfectly. They even asked where I wanted the heavy boxes in the kitchen. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Without carelessness, these men moved swiftly. They managed to move a complete two-bedroom apartment in under five hours without causing any damage.

This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!
Everyone from the office personnel to the movers on the actual moving day at Amex Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They were very organized and prepared, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment. They tackled everything with ease and skill, and they made sure everything went perfectly. They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company! From the initial phone conversation until the relocation day, they communicated well. The entire crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The relocation was rapid and efficient. Most notably, compared to previous movers, they were extremely cautious and took great care in transporting our stuff. It truly provided us with peace of mind.

With my stuff going on a long journey, the Amex Moving & Storage gave me real-time updates so I could chill. I knew where my furniture was at all times, which was a big relief.

Team members are honest!
We had to move after our landlord sold the property. I called this company, and they came on the agreed day. The team started working without needing constant direction. They moved through the house steadily and didn't slow down. I was able to handle phone calls while they took care of the move. The work kept going until the place was empty. It felt like they knew how to handle this type of job without making it complicated.

This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.
