I was hesitant about moving my collection of artwork, including large canvases and delicate sculptures. However, the team handled everything with exceptional care, using high-quality packing materials for security. When I arrived, I was overjoyed to see everything undamaged!
All my big furniture, delicate items and boxes were delivered undamaged. The team was courteous, attentive, and very cooperative.

Excellent experience! The movers helped us downsize to a condo. They helped identify what should go into storage versus what to bring now, and kept the whole move organized by color-coded tape. After delivery, they were also kind enough to help us with unpacking. Many thanks!
I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about Amex moving &storage and decided to hire them for my move what a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces or furniture and when I confronted them about it they were unappreciated and tried to blame me for not packing better!!The final bill was also much higher then what was quoted with hidden fees that was never mentioned upfront I feel misled and incredibly disappointed I wish I had gone with a more reputable company "
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
Amex Moving & Storage moving services totally rocked my world! Last year's movers were a complete disaster compared to this awesome crew. They actually cared about my stuff, including my precious deep fryer, electric heater, and steamer!!
I was worried about the fabric sofa when it started to rain while the transfer was happening. The movers wasted no time in applying a second layer of waterproof material to ensure its cleanliness and protection from moisture. Undoubtedly the finest!
Vicente and his team are superb and would go an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. These guys were so nice throughout the move and made friends even with our little boy while doing their work and were never impatient when he wanted to just be apart. Five star in all the way!!
