We had several large and heavy pieces of furniture, and I was concerned about how they would be moved. The movers handled everything smoothly and carefully. They also paid attention to the walls and railings.
I moved into a fourth-floor apartment with no elevator. I thought the stairs would slow everything down, but the movers powered through and carried all my furniture up without a single complaint.
I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. It was a small move, but they treated it like it mattered.
Genuinely kind people, that's for sure. Today, they really went out of their way to help me. The guys' competence, politeness, and genuine desire to help me as a customer blew my mind.
The movers were friendly, but never lost their focus. They managed to work effectively, communicate with each other and with each item, and treat them with care.
The crew sorted the items and packed them so they wouldn't take up too much space. They even helped me decide what could go on top without causing damage. It was organized and quick, and I didn't have to make multiple trips.
The first service we used was to move my flat. They helped us load a moving truck for an out-of-state move. They are quick, careful, and very professional when they pack, and their service is the best. The speed with which the move went through surprised us. They are very famous, so you should make your ticket beforehand.
They had great customer service. They paid close attention from the first call to after the move. Their dedication to making sure customers were happy was truly impressive.
Highly recommend this team if you have heavy furniture. They brought all the right tools and ramps to move my upright piano and heavy oak wardrobes safely. Amex Moving & Storage made a difficult task look easy, and I’m very happy that my floors didn't get scuffed up in the process.
These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. Highly recommended for long distance moves 👍👍
