This is my initial move with Amex Moving & Storage. Both of my movers arrived promptly, worked quickly, were courteous, and did a great job. Every single item of furniture and personal possession was painstakingly wrapped and packed. This is a company that I fully support.

My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.
Since our relocation occurred during a heat wave, I felt bad for the team. Having said that, they never once complained. Their grit, determination, and self-sufficiency were extremely inspiring; they even brought their own beverages and made sure I was okay the whole time.
