Everyone from the office personnel to the movers on the actual moving day at Amex Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They were very organized and prepared, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment. They tackled everything with ease and skill, and they made sure everything went perfectly. They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.
My wife and I can't say enough about Amex Moving & Storage. The front office was a pleasure to work with and the crew that was sent to move our belongings was outstanding. I never saw four young men (Henry, kendry, Javier and Vicente) work so hard as they did. They were a "machine!" The move took just under 12 hours to complete and they busted their tails to the very end. They were very knowledgeable in dismantling our electronics, beds, shelving, etc. and reassembling everything perfectly. As the crew left one of the young men said, "tell your friends about us!" We most certainly will. Thank you once again!

Amex Moving & Storage stepped in when another company dropped the ball and didn’t even show up. I called them and they were on it. They quickly got things set up and out to me. I should have just gone with them in the first flipping place.

I had a collection of delicate wine glasses that I was super anxious about, but they individually wrapped each one and packed them in a custom-sized box with dividers. My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.
Even though I was really anxious about the impending move, everything went off without a hitch on moving day. They took the stress out of the process because the guys are so kind, helpful, and diligent. I plan on reusing them.
