I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
Highly recommend this team if you have heavy furniture. They brought all the right tools and ramps to move my upright piano and heavy oak wardrobes safely. Amex Moving & Storage made a difficult task look easy, and I’m very happy that my floors didn't get scuffed up in the process.

My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.

They were very organized and prepared, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment. They tackled everything with ease and skill, and they made sure everything went perfectly. They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.
They did a small office move and did a good job! They relocated desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, monitors, storage boxes and much more without spending time. They wrapped the screens, tidied up the cables and handled the equipment with care. They set up everything at the new office, making it easy to get it all in place.
