Outstanding work ethic! They only rested briefly and completed the work an hour early. It was a very positive experience.
Since our relocation occurred during a heat wave, I felt bad for the team. Having said that, they never once complained. Their grit, determination, and self-sufficiency were extremely inspiring; they even brought their own beverages and made sure I was okay the whole time.
Amex Moving & Storage worked around our schedule, showed up early, and kept everything running on time. I liked how clear their communication was. Malvin checked in along the way and made sure delivery happened exactly when we needed it. They helped keep everything stress-free.
They were highly skilled and quickly disassembled and reassembled our furniture. All of the things arrived undamaged. They were all really professional and worked tirelessly to ensure that our move went off without a hitch.
Recently, I used them for a short-notice move, and they were quite helpful throughout the whole process. There were no challenging tasks. Excellent work all around.
Vicente and his team are superb and would go an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. These guys were so nice throughout the move and made friends even with our little boy while doing their work and were never impatient when he wanted to just be apart. Five star in all the way!!
When lifting heavy objects, James and Maxwell went out of their way to preserve my walls and flooring because they covered everything in moving blankets and large foam sheets. They demonstrated their dedication to preventing harm by wrapping fragile goods in many layers of shrink wrap.
Their communication game was really strong! My move operator who took my booking followed up a day before the move just to reconfirm details and timing. That simple check-in really helped with peace of mind. On moving day, the team was right on time and worked like clockwork as well. They did a brilliant job!
My antique furniture arrived in superb shape to my loft condo in DE. The movers disassembled and packed the pieces thoroughly in furniture blankets. After delivery, they reassembled the pieces too without any extra charges. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
