Moving can be a lot of work, but these guys did a good job. They took my crates and hobby gear to the new address. The crew was easy to talk to during the day.
Since our move had to take place on a Sunday, we were worried that no businesses would be open. Not only did they accommodate our needs, but they also showed there early and worked nonstop. They did not even tack on a weekend fee. Very affordable and very trustworthy.
It was such a pleasant surprise to have them help me out on the busiest day of the year, and I will always be appreciative of how quickly and smoothly you handled my move.
I relocated from a third-floor apartment with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with sharp corners. I had a heavy dresser and a full-size bed that I thought would be a nightmare, but they managed it with patience. They didn't bump the walls or rush through anything. The whole day felt steady and under control, and I didn’t feel stressed for once during a move.
Moving my 1-bedroom house with a large collection of fragile items was done in 4 hours. The movers were extremely meticulous and friendly.
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
It was a snowstorm when we decided to move. All kudos to this team. They installed runners throughout the home to keep the floors clean and also clean before leaving. They also managed to pack the truck before noon! No water or damage was caused in the process. They were extremely professional!
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.
The workers proved that they could load and unload large objects and they did it very well. The packers were able to guarantee a hitch-free relocation and this was A+ service.
The crew came right on time for my storage move. They worked quietly and made sure everything was packed neatly before loading it up, which saved me a lot of stress later.
