I relocated from a third-floor apartment with no elevator, and the stairwell was tight with sharp corners. I had a heavy dresser and a full-size bed that I thought would be a nightmare, but they managed it with patience. They didn't bump the walls or rush through anything. The whole day felt steady and under control, and I didn’t feel stressed for once during a move.

I just moved into my first place and only had furniture, no boxes of stuff. I hired Amex Moving & Storage just to haul the big items. I had a heavy metal desk and a giant TV cabinet I couldn't lift alone. The two young guys who showed up were full of energy and very careful with the freshly painted walls in the new apartment. They worked quickly, and the entire move was finished in less than two hours.
