I definitely recommend this service if you don’t want any problems when moving. The crew showed up and immediately got to work on the heavy boxes that I couldn't lift by myself. They kept the truck clean and tidy while they organized our possessions for the trip. It was much faster than I expected, and they didn't take any long breaks. Amex Moving & Storage provides a solid service for a price that actually makes sense for a normal person.
The movers showed up with plenty of moving blankets and sturdy straps to make sure the large appliances stayed secure during the drive across town. You can tell that Malvin knows exactly how to load a truck to prevent things from sliding around.
These movers are awesome. They moved everything from my apartment easily, even my grandma's old China set. The team was really friendly, and they finished the job quickly.

I selected Amex for its high ratings however, my experience has not been the same. Once they arrived to perform the mace they charged me double the amount. The few boxes they packed got items damaged and my white couch was super dirty. I recommend getting someone that does in person or virtual quotes.
This is my initial move with Amex Moving & Storage. Both of my movers arrived promptly, worked quickly, were courteous, and did a great job. Every single item of furniture and personal possession was painstakingly wrapped and packed. This is a company that I fully support.
My antique China cabinet was too large to fit through the main front door. The crew successfully hoisted it over the second-floor balcony. They handled the difficult rigging process with great professionalism and safety measures. It was a stressful moment, but they managed it perfectly.
I would absolutely recommend this company. James and his team dealt with the situation with professionalism and consideration. They have my undivided backing.
