The entire fictional move took much longer than originally anticipated. Both loading and unloading seemed to lack an efficient plan. By the end, the extended schedule had become tiring and inconvenient. Better preparation could have made the relocation considerably smoother.
I moved out of a duplex with steep, narrow stairs, and most of my furniture had to be angled and lifted carefully. The movers didn't rush anything and managed to get my sectional and tall dresser out without causing damage. Even when it took a few tries with the bigger pieces, they stayed patient and kept things calm. I was really happy with how it went.
The team was professional, efficient, and made the entire moving process easy to manage. My belongings were handled with care and delivered safely without any issues. Great communication and reliable service from start to finish.
We opted for their unpacking service, and it was worth every penny. They helped us organize, hang artwork, and settle in fast. We felt at home right away. This is going to be the only moving company we'll ever use!
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
Vicente was excellent at keeping in touch. He called me many times during transit and also gave a tracking link to let me know of the status of delivery. I am truly grateful to him!
When I move, I always hire movers. I coordinated my move with Vicente 2 weeks ago, and he was very humble and professional. The movers arrived at my storage facility promptly last morning and immediately began loading my belongings into the vehicle. As he laid down a runner to protect the carpet to bring my items inside, I was satisfied of their cleanliness. 5 stars service.
