The experience was really satisfying. Having Malvin's movers take care of my move was very pleasant. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable and professional they were. They provided the best of the best service.
Their preliminary evaluation was meticulous, with team members making extensive notes about everything that would need to be relocated. They gave a thorough quote that they stuck to throughout the project. They showed up on moving day on time and ready to work with a full toolset.
These movers are awesome. They moved everything from my apartment easily, even my grandma's old China set. The team was really friendly, and they finished the job quickly.
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.

Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
They knew exactly how to handle our houseplants. They had a different section in the truck with adjustable straps to keep the plants upright. They watered them before and after the move, so they didn’t wilt.
Vicente and his team are superb and would go an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. These guys were so nice throughout the move and made friends even with our little boy while doing their work and were never impatient when he wanted to just be apart. Five star in all the way!!
After selling my condo, I needed to move to a townhouse in another state. The movers packed my furniture tightly with blankets and straps, protecting my dining table's polished surface. Even after hours on the road, everything looked just as it had before. They placed each item exactly where I pointed, making the unpacking process much smoother.
I definitely recommend this service if you don’t want any problems when moving. The crew showed up and immediately got to work on the heavy boxes that I couldn't lift by myself. They kept the truck clean and tidy while they organized our possessions for the trip. It was much faster than I expected, and they didn't take any long breaks.
