Solid 5 stars for the team. I was mostly worried about my hardwood floors getting scuffed up, but they were very mindful and used floor runners the whole time.
Amex Moving & Storage is one of the best companies in town. They helped me pack and wrap all my appliances, crockery and electronics and all other huge items were safely packed by them. When we reached our new home, they unloaded, unpacked and set up all of them in my new home, which made the move very painless.
While relocating overseas, I was completely unprepared for the challenge of packing for such a dramatic life shift. They helped me decide what to send and what to keep, and they also gave me pointers on how to deal with customs processes. Their knowledge and experience were crucial.
I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Amex Moving & Storage. They were punctual, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs moving services and would use them again in a heartbeat for my next move. Highly recommended!!!
Our setup move involved heavy desks and computer systems. The movers packed everything carefully and labeled boxes for easy setup. By the next morning, the setup was ready for work.
We were all impressed by how quickly and efficiently the staff worked. It was great doing business with them. We're very happy with the person who did the loading; they were great.
Their handling of my relocation from a suburban home to an apartment complex in the sky was faultless. They were really careful with my belongings and managed to get into the underground parking garage without damaging a thing.
My transition to the new apartment was handled with a lot of care by the entire crew. Amex Moving & Storage made sure that all of the boxes were placed in the correct rooms, so I didn't have to move them again later.
Moving from Valley Cottage,N.Y. to Ocala Florida. Henry and the crew were great!! That's where the good part ended. We had to wait two weeks to get all of our belongings and it finally arrived my work bench was damaged and half of our kitchen items were missing.My wifes expensive purse was missing from one of our boxes.Lots more broken items and we are still upset about the delivery experience.We had to negotiate with Ammex to get a fraction of our money back.
