A great experience, because of the moving staff that came on estimated time. I appreciate how hard they work and follow all my guidelines attentively. Their dedication while moving was a big plus. They made moving much easier for me!
We were moving into our first home and had a mix of things from storage, family donations, and new purchases still in boxes. It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.
Our retail store relocation could have been a nightmare, but Amex Moving & Storage handled it with precision. Shelving units were disassembled and reassembled perfectly, and all inventory was moved without damage. The team even helped us arrange the new layout. They made sure the store was ready to open the next morning, which saved us time and money. Highly recommend them.

Our setup move involved heavy desks and computer systems. The movers packed everything carefully and labeled boxes for easy setup. By the next morning, the setup was ready for work.
I was REALLY happy because the whole process was really easy! My husband left the military, so we had to move our stuff from NY to DE. They called us when the truck was loaded and on its way. Our things were carefully unloaded at our new home.
Trouble-free relocation. Even though my move took longer than expected, all my belongings arrived safely. I recommend them without reservation since they are the finest.
I have no doubts about recommending this company. The movers carefully took apart and put back together all of my furniture and tools at the new house. They took care of everything; all I had to do was tell them where to mail the packages.
Vicente and his team's competence, politeness, promptness, care, and quickness much beyond our expectations. They were all very helpful and kept us informed of any delays in our flights. Excellent assistance.
Our entire home office and bedroom set was easy to disassemble and reassemble because of their friendly manner and eagerness to help. We comfortably resided in our new house, thanks to their entire team.
