They worked quickly
I just moved into my first place and only had furniture, no boxes of stuff. I hired Amex Moving & Storage just to haul the big items. I had a heavy metal desk and a giant TV cabinet I couldn't lift alone. The two young guys who showed up were full of energy and very careful with the freshly painted walls in the new apartment. They worked quickly, and the entire move was finished in less than two hours.

Fast, Careful Long Distance.
When you're seeking a crew that handles your heavy oak furniture and electronics like their own, this is the crew for you! They carried our heavy marble dining table, as well as custom-made crates for our large-screen TVs. They even adjusted the leveling of the refrigerator and washing machine in our laundry room before they left. This level of service is hard to find these days.

I strongly recommend their services.
We were moving into our first home and had a mix of things from storage, family donations, and new purchases still in boxes. It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.

We hired them on our neighbor’s recommendation and it was a fantastic experience! All our furniture, décor and crockery were meticulously wrapped and encased in cushioned boxes. We received everything in excellent condition!

This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

They were very responsive
At first, I was nervous about moving all my delicate items, but it went smoothly. It made the entire process feel easy. Anyone looking for a solid team to move you should give Kendry a shot.

extremely helpful and pleasant
I scheduled a same day move after finding a last minute rental. I did not have time to pack properly. The movers brought extra boxes and tape with them. They helped me pack my kitchen items and sealed everything securely. They kept track of smaller bags and did not leave anything behind. By evening, all my belongings were inside the new apartment and arranged room by room.

Faultless service!
My antique furniture arrived in superb shape to my loft condo in DE. The movers disassembled and packed the pieces thoroughly in furniture blankets. After delivery, they reassembled the pieces too without any extra charges. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
