I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
Vicente and his team are superb and would go an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. These guys were so nice throughout the move and made friends even with our little boy while doing their work and were never impatient when he wanted to just be apart. Five star in all the way!!

The movers wrapped and secured everything tightly. When it was unloaded days later, everything looked just like it did when it left. That peace of mind was worth it.
