Moving my 1-bedroom house with a large collection of fragile items was done in 4 hours. The movers were extremely meticulous and friendly.
Solid 5 stars for the help I got with my move. Javier was great at making sure the driver knew exactly where to park the large truck in my narrow driveway so we didn't block any neighbors.
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
The movers were professional and handled my belongings with great care throughout the entire process. Everything arrived on time, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.
A group of young movers I worked with were pros at safely packing and transporting our belongings. They were fast, courteous, and careful with the furniture they transported. I would recommend it!

The unexpected outpour of rain certainly did not demotivate the movers. They were as determined as ever to wrap my move up on schedule. They brought big plastic coverings and numerous rolls of bubble wrap to thoroughly pack every piece. It was a smart move on their part since it prevented even a droplet of water from seeping in. After arriving to my new apartment, they draped their raincoats on and even unloaded and arranged all my things accordingly! They’re stunning at what they do!
I was nervous about moving my glass furniture, but the team wrapped everything properly and delivered it safely. They were professional from start to finish, and I would definitely hire them again.

My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.
