These movers are awesome. They moved everything from my apartment easily, even my grandma's old China set. The team was really friendly, and they finished the job quickly.
After selling my condo, I needed to move to a townhouse in another state. The movers packed my furniture tightly with blankets and straps, protecting my dining table's polished surface. Even after hours on the road, everything looked just as it had before. They placed each item exactly where I pointed, making the unpacking process much smoother.
Great service again! Malvin and his crew moved us from our big house to our new condo. Then, once we were settled, they got all of our valuable art out of storage and delivered it to us. Everyone is professional, friendly, and takes great care of all the items. They are also enjoyable to be around. I will always use Amex Moving & Storage in the future!
While relocating overseas, I was completely unprepared for the challenge of packing for such a dramatic life shift. They helped me decide what to send and what to keep, and they also gave me pointers on how to deal with customs processes. Their knowledge and experience were crucial.
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
I have no doubts about recommending this company. The movers carefully took apart and put back together all of my furniture and tools at the new house. They took care of everything; all I had to do was tell them where to mail the packages.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company! From the initial phone conversation until the relocation day, they communicated well. The entire crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The relocation was rapid and efficient. Most notably, compared to previous movers, they were extremely cautious and took great care in transporting our stuff. It truly provided us with peace of mind.
Honestly, I was so stressed about this move, but these guys made it look easy. They showed up right on time and didn't waste a single minute. Each piece was wrapped up tight, and they didn't get scratched or broken, which was my biggest worry. They were super helpful and kept everyone moving quickly while still being careful with my stuff. I've used other movers before who were a nightmare, but this was a totally different experience. I'd definitely use them again for my next move.
We were moving into a new house and the movers made moving with ease and easy. They never rushed, never left out a question and even assisted in rearranging some furniture before they left. Great customer service from beginning to end.
I had to move out of my condo the same week my lease ended and couldn’t get time off work. The movers coordinated the pickup with my building manager, packed and loaded everything while I was at the office, and had it all waiting for me at my new place that evening. Completely hassle-free!
