We had several large and heavy pieces of furniture, and I was concerned about how they would be moved. The movers handled everything smoothly and carefully. They also paid attention to the walls and railings.
Everyone from the office personnel to the movers on the actual moving day at Amex Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They were very organized and prepared, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment. They tackled everything with ease and skill, and they made sure everything went perfectly. They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.
Despite my concerns regarding the schedule, these movers arrived exactly when they said they would. They started the job on time and finished it faster than expected because they did not cut corners. Such consistency is unusual these days.
From the moment I placed the call for a quote,(moving from NY TO FL)The attentiveness from Michelle and the staff was superb!!the day of the move Henry, Michelle and the crew showed up and in less than three hours had everything packed and organized in the truck from my one bedroom apartment they are very pleasant and professional and they sure know what they are doing, A week later I received my furniture and again Raymond and his crew were spectacular not one item was damaged in the transportation of my furniture and they assembled and put everything where I wanted it I cannot say enough about how the process and experience was working with Amex moving!!!!great job!!!! I'm still in contact with them as I consider them family great overall experience!!!!!!!!

I have a small garden, and moving all my potted plants was something I was really worried about. When we arrived, they unloaded the garden items first, ensuring they got some sunlight as quickly as possible. Not a single plant was damaged, and their attention to such small details really made my day.

I moved out of a duplex with steep, narrow stairs, and most of my furniture had to be angled and lifted carefully. The movers didn't rush anything and managed to get my sectional and tall dresser out without causing damage. Even when it took a few tries with the bigger pieces, they stayed patient and kept things calm. I was really happy with how it went.
