Moving from Valley Cottage,N.Y. to Ocala Florida. Henry and the crew were great!! That's where the good part ended. We had to wait two weeks to get all of our belongings and it finally arrived my work bench was damaged and half of our kitchen items were missing.My wifes expensive purse was missing from one of our boxes.Lots more broken items and we are still upset about the delivery experience.We had to negotiate with Ammex to get a fraction of our money back.

They asked clarifying questions, such as whether I needed winter clothing on hand or in the attic, and which dishes I planned to use immediately. These things made unpacking at my new house easy, eliminating the need to open random boxes for a spatula. Moreover, despite navigating large appliances through my small back entrance, the crew kept a positive attitude throughout the day.
We were moving into our first home and had a mix of things from storage, family donations, and new purchases still in boxes. It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.
The movers were friendly and efficient. They made sure to ask where each item should go in my new home, which saved me a lot of time.
My wife and I can't say enough about Amex Moving & Storage. The front office was a pleasure to work with and the crew that was sent to move our belongings was outstanding. I never saw four young men (Henry, kendry, Javier and Vicente) work so hard as they did. They were a "machine!" The move took just under 12 hours to complete and they busted their tails to the very end. They were very knowledgeable in dismantling our electronics, beds, shelving, etc. and reassembling everything perfectly. As the crew left one of the young men said, "tell your friends about us!" We most certainly will. Thank you once again!
