The weight of these boxes and the risk of spine damage from improper stacking concerned me. The genre arrangement made it simpler to move them to my shelf. When we arrived at my new address, they carefully unloaded and stacked each mini-box. I appreciated how they listened to my labeling requests and didn't damage any book covers.
I selected Amex for its high ratings however, my experience has not been the same. Once they arrived to perform the mace they charged me double the amount. The few boxes they packed got items damaged and my white couch was super dirty. I recommend getting someone that does in person or virtual quotes.
We were moving into our first home and had a mix of things from storage, family donations, and new purchases still in boxes. It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.
Juan helped me take apart my bed frame because I couldn't get the screws loose on my own. It was a huge relief to have someone there who had the right tools and just handled it without any fuss. Thanks for the great move.
Vicente was excellent at keeping in touch. He called me many times during transit and also gave a tracking link to let me know of the status of delivery. I am truly grateful to him!
The crew carried antiques, boxes of books, and a heavy dresser without rushing. They asked questions and placed everything where it belonged. That meant a lot. Good Job Done...
