With my stuff going on a long journey, the Amex Moving & Storage gave me real-time updates so I could chill. I knew where my furniture was at all times, which was a big relief.
My experience with Amex Moving & Storage was extraordinary. My move operator, Malvin, was a magician and single-handedly managed everything. He planned and executed the move better than I thought. And there were no surprise charges when he gave me the final bill too. I am beyond grateful to him!
The final box was placed exactly where I asked. When the team waved goodbye, I almost didn’t want them to leave. They felt like family.
The movers provided excellent service; they showed up on time, had all the necessary packing materials, and were clearly prepared for the job. In a flash, they covered every dish and glass in my kitchen and left.

I had a lot of loose gear and packed boxes that needed to go to my new apartment. The crew handled the loading process and the transport without any issues. The service met my requirements, and these guys deserve every five-star rating they get.
My antique furniture arrived in superb shape to my loft condo in DE. The movers disassembled and packed the pieces thoroughly in furniture blankets. After delivery, they reassembled the pieces too without any extra charges. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
I selected Amex for its high ratings however, my experience has not been the same. Once they arrived to perform the mace they charged me double the amount. The few boxes they packed got items damaged and my white couch was super dirty. I recommend getting someone that does in person or virtual quotes.
The guys from Amex Moving & Storage were great. They helped me move a lot. They worked quickly, were reasonable, and did a good job.
