Javier and his team handled the relocation of our medical office equipment. They treated each item with care and followed every instruction carefully. The movers double-checked details before loading and unloading, which gave me a lot of confidence. All items arrived safely and on time.
When I move, I always hire movers. I coordinated my move with Vicente 2 weeks ago, and he was very humble and professional. The movers arrived at my storage facility promptly last morning and immediately began loading my belongings into the vehicle. As he laid down a runner to protect the carpet to bring my items inside, I was satisfied of their cleanliness. 5 stars service.
I moved from a second-floor apartment into a home with no elevator, which I thought would be a nightmare. The movers made it so easy. They were fast and didn’t hesitate with the heavy lifting. They even managed to get my bulky couch through a narrow hallway without issues. Everything was handled professionally and without damage. I was really impressed with the whole experience.
My piano was hard to move from ND to CO, but Amex Moving & Storage made it look easy. They got my piano safely and helped me put it up at my new place. Highly recommended service.
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
Moving can be daunting, but they made it effortless. They handled all my belongings carefully, ensuring their safe arrival at my new place. Before departing, they conducted a thorough check to confirm everything was in its right place. I'm highly satisfied with their assistance in making my move smooth.
I had to move unexpectedly and it was not clear who would be there for me. They accommodated us in their plans and assisted us in moving all our things. I did not have much time to arrange anything and was relieved.
Cherish them. They work at a breakneck pace without adding unnecessary stress, setting them apart from other movers. They are the first ones I've ever hired. Kendry and his crew were fantastic this time around. I highly recommend it!
