Our setup move involved heavy desks and computer systems. The movers packed everything carefully and labeled boxes for easy setup. By the next morning, the setup was ready for work.
We were moving into our first home and had a mix of things from storage, family donations, and new purchases still in boxes. It wasn't the most organized move, and I was worried the crew would get frustrated. But they just rolled with it, asked clear questions, and figured out how to load things efficiently. Their calm attitude kept us calm too, which we needed that day.
The staff arranged everything in my new apartment according to a meticulous tile floor. They used foam cushioning to pack the cords and remote controls for electronics. The movers were highly knowledgeable and offered me advice on settling in. Wonderful work!
Hired them for a long-distance move with specific delivery dates. They coordinated the route in advance, stuck to the window they gave me, and called when they were an hour away to give me time to prepare. Everything from packing to delivery was managed superbly too. I’ve already recommended them to everyone I know!
They were very careful as they loaded my washer and dryer onto the truck, and I was grateful for it. My main fear was the possibility of scratches or dents, given that these were relatively new equipment. Everything came undamaged, and the movers even offered to assist me in reconnecting them. Impressive assistance received.
I have no doubts about recommending this company. The movers carefully took apart and put back together all of my furniture and tools at the new house. They took care of everything; all I had to do was tell them where to mail the packages.
They were highly skilled and quickly disassembled and reassembled our furniture. All of the things arrived undamaged. They were all really professional and worked tirelessly to ensure that our move went off without a hitch.
I had a pile of soft toys, a mountain of odd furniture and a host of little tools in my art studio. AMEX Moving & Storage's crew labeled my tool drawers without being asked, and every canvas was filled with foam, and the shelving was tied down so nothing moved during the trip. It couldn't have been a better one!
Fragile items like glass tables and picture frames were packed with care. Everything reached the new home safely, and I couldn’t be happier with how attentive and respectful the movers were. They exceeded my expectations.
5 stars is not even enough!!! First time using a moving company and it was such a great experience. They were so great to work with. Alex team who came to pack up our home was phenomenal!! My family and I cannot thank you all enough! Definitely recommend, 10/10, if we need to move again AMEX Moving & Storage will be our first call.
