I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about AMEX Moving & Storage and decided to hire them for my move. What a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces of furniture, and when I confronted them about it, they were unapologetic and tried to blame me for not packing better! The final bill was also much higher than what was quoted, with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. I feel misled and incredibly disappointed. I wish I had gone with a more reputable company.
I was REALLY happy because the whole process was really easy! My husband left the military, so we had to move our stuff from NY to DE. They called us when the truck was loaded and on its way. Our things were carefully unloaded at our new home.
I have a small garden, and moving all my potted plants was something I was really worried about. Not a single plant was damaged, and their attention to such small details really made my day.

They helped me pack my kitchen items and sealed everything securely. They kept track of smaller bags and did not leave anything behind. By evening, all my belongings were inside the new apartment and arranged room by room.
This company has a good reputation for being a reliable mover. Very good value for the money. I've already used them twice this year, and both times were great. Good job, boys! Because safety was their main concern, they got my furniture to the new house in mint condition.
There are not enough positive things to say about these movers—they were fantastic! They were complete pros from the minute they arrived. They ensured everything was safe in the truck and meticulously packed all my belongings. My relocation went off without a hitch because of them.
