I move with Amex after I check on line for moving company I made a big mistake. They move me from Nj to ga and they broke everything stay away at all cost they will Break all your stuff and also the price went from $1975 to 5500$. Can you belive this. Just unbelievable experience

I am writing this because I was super impressed with the specialized piano skid they used. Most movers just try to wing it, but Amex Moving & Storage came prepared with the right equipment and plenty of moving blankets. They didn't even leave a scuff on the hardwood floors while moving that beast of an instrument. It’s rare to see that kind of expertise these days.
Honestly, I was so stressed about this move, but these guys made it look easy. They showed up right on time and didn't waste a single minute. Each piece was wrapped up tight, and they didn't get scratched or broken, which was my biggest worry. They were super helpful and kept everyone moving quickly while still being careful with my stuff. I've used other movers before who were a nightmare, but this was a totally different experience. I'd definitely use them again for my next move.
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
The crew sorted the items and packed them so they wouldn't take up too much space. They even helped me decide what could go on top without causing damage. It was organized and quick, and I didn't have to make multiple trips.
The team was professional, efficient, and made the entire moving process easy to manage. My belongings were handled with care and delivered safely without any issues. Great communication and reliable service from start to finish.
We had to move out of state and needed help getting everything loaded for a long drive. I had already packed most of it, but I was nervous about the bigger furniture and how it would handle the trip. The movers wrapped and secured everything tightly. When it was unloaded days later, everything looked just like it did when it left. That peace of mind was worth it.
They arrived on time and transferred everything with care. We will be employing them for our upcoming move, and we will be recommending them to everyone we know.
They were very careful to lock my cupboards and drawers so they wouldn't open while in transport. Before they left, they double-checked to make sure my furniture and boxes were delivered without any scratches.
