I did not have a lot of stuff, but the team treated my move like it was just as important as any big job. They were thorough and did not leave until everything was properly placed. That kind of movers are hard to find these days.
The service was phenomenal from the booking to the delivery! Henry was a great foreman, he was super helpful and diligent! The entire team was kind and I did not have to lift a finger! This team made my hectic move—across several states—easy!
I had been fretting about relocating our big, heavy upright piano but the crew seemed to know exactly what they were doing. They were equipped with special harnesses and knew their way around narrow passages. All was well, we arrived with nothing broken.
The greatest of the best were these men. My relocation was successfully handled by them. They were kind and efficient at the same time. I would definitely get in touch with them again.
This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.
Since our move had to take place on a Sunday, we were worried that no businesses would be open. Not only did they accommodate our needs, but they also showed there early and worked nonstop. They did not even tack on a weekend fee. Very affordable and very trustworthy.
It was such a pleasant surprise to have them help me out on the busiest day of the year, and I will always be appreciative of how quickly and smoothly you handled my move.

They even asked where I wanted each box. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I’m super happy with their service.

They maintained a professional demeanor the whole time. They lifted my carpets and were extremely careful with all of my belongings, including my piano. In addition, they helped me get my new house set up just the way I had envisioned it. I will most certainly use them again, and suggest them.
I hired their movers for a move, and they made it very easy. They showed up on time, packed up my furniture with care, and secured everything in the truck with protective barriers. They were also kind enough to help with furniture placement after delivery. It was a solid 5-star experience!
