We had a great experience with them. We hired their movers on a friend’s recommendation and we couldn’t be more pleased. They were amazing and handled our heavy furniture expertly. They padded every piece from every corner and even put them in double layers of furniture blankets. We received them in excellent condition. Highly recommended!
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.
Our entire home office and bedroom set was easy to disassemble and reassemble because of their friendly manner and eagerness to help. We comfortably resided in our new house, thanks to their entire team.
Vicente and his team are superb and would go an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. These guys were so nice throughout the move and made friends even with our little boy while doing their work and were never impatient when he wanted to just be apart. Five star in all the way!!
Beyond grateful! I had to reschedule the move twice. Both times, the office staff was quick to make the changes and update my paperwork without pushing fees. When they finally moved, all my information was on hand, and it went smoothly!
What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
My antique China cabinet was too large to fit through the main front door. The crew successfully hoisted it over the second-floor balcony. They handled the difficult rigging process with great professionalism and safety measures. It was a stressful moment, but they managed it perfectly.
Amex Moving & Storage was incredibly accommodating in scheduling my move. They worked really hard to pack and load my furniture, demonstrating their commitment to customer care.

They moved through the house steadily and didn't slow down. I was able to handle phone calls while they took care of the move. The work kept going until the place was empty. It felt like they knew how to handle this type of job without making it complicated.
