My antique China cabinet was too large to fit through the main front door. The crew successfully hoisted it over the second-floor balcony. They handled the difficult rigging process with great professionalism and safety measures. It was a stressful moment, but they managed it perfectly.
These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. I had to move unexpectedly and it was not clear who would be there for me. They accommodated us in their plans and assisted us in moving all our things. I did not have much time to arrange anything and was relieved.
Excellent experience! The movers helped us downsize to a condo. They helped identify what should go into storage versus what to bring now, and kept the whole move organized by color-coded tape. After delivery, they were also kind enough to help us with unpacking. Many thanks!
