To everyone at Amex Moving & Storage movers, you have my deepest gratitude for everything that you have done. They had transparent and accurate pricing, and the transaction was completed quickly. The movers worked efficiently and finished the job on time. I was astounded by how carefully they relocated my belongings, taking care not to damage the walls in the process.

Team members are honest!
Our business uses this service for our workplace shift, and those guys were great. They brought stuff to wrap our computers and gear, then labeled it all by department. That crew worked around our schedule, so we didn't lose time. Every worker was polite and handled our electronics well. They even stayed to help move desks around until the spot was just right. It was a very professional team, and we would call them again for sure.

These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. Highly recommended for long distance moves 👍👍

The weight of these boxes and the risk of spine damage from improper stacking concerned me. The genre arrangement made it simpler to move them to my shelf. When we arrived at my new address, they carefully unloaded and stacked each mini-box. I appreciated how they listened to my labeling requests and didn't damage any book covers.

This company pays for fake reviews and doesn't allow any negative reviews to stay on any platform. All of their reviews are fake. Do not recommend whatsoever. My family and I used AMEX moving when moving from Connecticut to North Carolina in August. At first all seemed well, and things were packed up completely. Items were combined from different rooms at the time and scattered into random boxes but we did not mind. We actually had a 5 star review up for this company until a few days ago. Which I should also note that the employee who was in charge of all our paperwork actually asked me to write the 5 star review and submit it right in front of her, which is why it was posted immediately and up for several months. However, now several months later we are opening up all the boxes as we finally moved into our final location, and several items are damaged and lost. My mother had several boxes of decorative plants, most of which were forcibly shoved into boxes with no paper or wrapping, resulting in them snapping in half or losing majority of their leaves/flowers. Almost all had to be thrown out We are also missing a box with a large set of crystal drinking glasses, and who knows what else was in that box. But worst of all, we are missing all of my childhood toys. I have been collecting stuffed animals since I was a little girl, and the entire set, which I had packed myself, left just for AMEX to move, is missing. Along with that, my DISNEY Lego collection which is probably worth hundreds on top of the many Disney plushies already gone is also missing. After calling the company to ask for help, not even compensation or anything, just because I would like my lost items if they have them, I was given the number to file a claim. Mind you claims are only valid 9 months from the move date, and if you know all the items within the missing boxes (pretty convenient that they mixed around items from our household into each box so we have no idea what is in each one). Complaining or asking for compensation is the last thing my family is looking for, we just want our lost items back, but it is extremely disappointing we are missing all these items in the first place. Would not recommend and I am extremely upset with the service.

A group of young movers I worked with were pros at safely packing and transporting our belongings. They were fast, courteous, and careful with the furniture they transported. I would recommend it!

Peaceful Service!
The logistics of my cross-county move seemed daunting at first. However, this company managed the schedule perfectly. They picked up my boxes on Monday and arrived at the new house by Wednesday morning. Every box landed in the correct room. I didn't see any hidden fees on my final invoice. The staff members were polite and worked quickly in the heat. It was a very positive experience, and I will use them in the future as well.

Their handling of my relocation from a suburban home to an apartment complex in the sky was faultless. They were really careful with my belongings and managed to get into the underground parking garage without damaging a thing.

Super PRECISE and ON TIME!
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.
