Solid 5 stars for the team. I was mostly worried about my hardwood floors getting scuffed up, but they were very mindful and used floor runners the whole time.
While relocating overseas, I was completely unprepared for the challenge of packing for such a dramatic life shift. They helped me decide what to send and what to keep, and they also gave me pointers on how to deal with customs processes. Their knowledge and experience were crucial.
The staff performed an excellent job of moving my belongings without scratching or denting anything. Both movers were kind and helpful, which helped the process go smoothly. I appreciate it, Amex Moving & Storage.
The movers were courteous, efficient and very well organized. They named everything, loaded the truck in good order, and unloaded in good order. I loved how they kept me up to date throughout the process.

The crew came right on time for my storage move. They worked quietly and made sure everything was packed neatly before loading it up, which saved me a lot of stress later.
I was REALLY happy because the whole process was really easy! My husband left the military, so we had to move our stuff from NY to DE. They called us when the truck was loaded and on its way. Our things were carefully unloaded at our new home.
Our long-distance move from the coast inland meant my surfboards had to make the trip safely. The movers slid each board into padded covers and stored them against the truck wall to prevent bending. When they were brought inside, I checked for dings, but there weren’t any. I appreciated the extra steps to protect something I use every weekend.
