I needed to clear out my storage unit and move it into my new place across town. I had no clue how to stack things safely in the truck, but they clearly did. They made sure the heavier stuff went in first and tied things down so nothing slid. The drive wasn’t far, but the way they handled things made me feel a lot more confident about it.
I scheduled a same day move after finding a last minute rental. I did not have time to pack properly. The movers brought extra boxes and tape with them. They helped me pack my kitchen items and sealed everything securely. They kept track of smaller bags and did not leave anything behind. By evening, all my belongings were inside the new apartment and arranged room by room.
The movers made a great impression right from the start. They came with clean uniforms, a well-marked truck, and the right equipment. This was a cross-town move for my family of five. They carried three beds, a big sofa, and about 40 boxes without damaging anything. Everything was placed exactly where we wanted it. The whole job was finished earlier than promised.
I was worried about the fabric sofa when it started to rain while the transfer was happening. The movers wasted no time in applying a second layer of waterproof material to ensure its cleanliness and protection from moisture. Undoubtedly the finest!
I selected Amex for its high ratings however, my experience has not been the same. Once they arrived to perform the mace they charged me double the amount. The few boxes they packed got items damaged and my white couch was super dirty. I recommend getting someone that does in person or virtual quotes.
The movers were humble and gentle with our pets. They were patient and understanding, making a stressful day much easier. They treated our furry family members like their own.
My parents moved from a family home to a smaller retirement home, with the assistance of this team. They were very patient and respectful, never rushing my parents. They arranged the furniture as per their directions and shifted a few pieces again until all the arrangements were perfect.
Hiring them was the best decision I made. I was going through a lot personally around the time of the move, and my energy for dealing with logistics was basically zero. The team required almost nothing from me on the day except to tell them where things were going. I sat in the kitchen with a coffee for most of it, and by the time I had processed what was happening, the move was already done.
I had to move unexpectedly and it was not clear who would be there for me. They accommodated us in their plans and assisted us in moving all our things. I did not have much time to arrange anything and was relieved.
