Even though I was really anxious about the impending move, everything went off without a hitch on moving day. They took the stress out of the process because the guys are so kind, helpful, and diligent. I plan on reusing them.
I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. It was a small move, but they treated it like it mattered.
We recently relocated our office, and their movers made the process painless. They handled all the tech equipment with care and delivered them unharmed. Highly recommend them for business relocations!
The individuals who helped with packing, loading, and unloading were among the kindest and most professional people I have ever met. Being with them was enjoyable, especially while we worked together. They will be my first choice if I ever have to relocate.

I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
Right from the start, they showed up well-prepared and competent. Their strategy was crystal clear, and every player contributed. We finished quickly and without damage.
Highly recommend this team if you have heavy furniture. They brought all the right tools and ramps to move my upright piano and heavy oak wardrobes safely. Amex Moving & Storage made a difficult task look easy, and I’m very happy that my floors didn't get scuffed up in the process.
These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. Highly recommended for long distance moves 👍👍
The entire fictional move took much longer than originally anticipated. Both loading and unloading seemed to lack an efficient plan. By the end, the extended schedule had become tiring and inconvenient. Better preparation could have made the relocation considerably smoother.
