Misleading/ ghosthed
I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. From the very beginning, they were never clear about my pickup date. The date they are now claiming I agreed to is one I would have never accepted. When I questioned it, they told me they had a transcript proving I agreed. I asked for a copy of that transcript, but the customer service representative was extremely rude and refused to be helpful. Right after I hired them, I started reading reviews from other customers and became very concerned. I immediately called back to cancel because of all the negative experiences I was seeing. Instead of processing my cancellation, the salesperson called me personally and assured me that everything would be fine and that I wouldn’t experience any of the problems mentioned in the reviews. Based on those promises, I decided to keep my reservation. Now, with my move only one day away, I’m dealing with exactly the kind of issues I was worried about. I have to vacate my apartment, and their lack of communication and misleading information has put me in an incredibly stressful situation. To make matters worse, the salesperson who convinced me to stay with the company is now ignoring all of my phone calls. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Poor communication, misleading promises, rude customer service, and no accountability. I strongly recommend looking for another moving company.
