Moving company in Coral Springs, FL
We had a very good experience with the moving team. Everyone was courteous and professional, and our belongings were handled with care. If we need movers again in the future, we’d be happy to use them.
For my latest move, I specifically wanted an eco-friendly approach. I told the movers I’d prefer reusable crates over cardboard, and they were able to accommodate that request. They arrived with sturdy plastic bins that we sealed, minimizing waste. They also used blankets instead of single-use plastic wrap for some items. Their flexibility matched their professionalism, and the end result was a low-waste, stress-free move. I loved that they shared tips on recycling packaging materials afterward. Definitely a forward-thinking bunch!
We were lied to from the start to finish . From price to services they provided which they hired someone else to move us and transferred all the items on truck to another truck and company which we were assured they would NOT do was given a date to meet movers again mentioned we were flying down to meet them on that date no call at all waited didn’t know where our stuff was ect ect ect. Well next day found out it was still in New Jersey at another company’s building and wasn’t going to ship because someone else’s stuff that was on their truck stopped payment on their check which had nothing to do with us long story short and many extra hotel room night and car rentals and flying back and forth. Received our stuff on Sunday Morning 2 weeks later and I could go on and on. Wish we were told the correct answers from on the first 3 questions when I called. 1. Do you do all your own mover or “SUB” it to others “never “ was the response we do all our own moving with our own people . Not to mention the price more that doubled for 6 K to 14,800.00 2. Do you move Baby grand piano’s Absolutely no problem at all 3. Need to be there on a certain date “ no problem at all “ we take 3-4 days to drive there and only pickup would be either that day or next day delivery no issue. Salesmen who said “ any issues at all I’m your contact day or night “ well never spoke to him again after the company received my deposit. Would love to talk to the owner about f this company. Well I measured all items gave them sizes of the storage containers gave the number of couch’s beds head boards pretty extensive and told them again piano which all this was on the sheet when I signed it. Well two days before they called to verify all items any changes ect. Mentioned I add a few more containers the charged me any 3-400 paid then was set to go . They show up driver knew nothing about the piano being picked up even though it’s on his slip of items . Tail gate on truck doesn’t work and I’m still upset about the whole thing as is my wife that I can continue but it gets worse from here never mind the bill more than doubled.
This team is very easy to communicate with. From the very beginning we FaceTimed so they knew exactly what was needed to be moved. The quote included a very transparent list of cost. And if you need to remove anything, they will provide an updated quote before your move with updated costs. The 3 gentlemen that came were very friendly and efficient. took care of everything prior to wrapping it and was very care of the walls. I would use them again if we were to move in the future.
I had to move my belongings into storage for a few weeks and this company came to my rescue. Their crew not only moved everything out efficiently, but they also helped maximize storage space so I wouldn’t need an extra unit. They clearly knew what they were doing, and it saved me both time and money. Very thankful!
By far the smoothest move I've ever done. Smoother than a babies bottom! Professional, courteous, and meticulous in every aspect of the move. They took care with every item and made sure it was wrapped and protected before doing anything. If you're upfront with them they are upfront with you.
I am very satisfied with the service from this moving company. The crew was punctual, courteous, and hardworking, and they handled my belongings with genuine care. Everything was organized from loading through delivery, and I appreciated how smoothly the team managed the entire process. It was a dependable experience from start to finish.
We needed movers to move our son from Charlotte to Baltimore. Americas Moving was reasonably priced and saved us $1500 by suggesting we we have then use a national intermediary to move our things from one state to another which took a few days longer but as I said saved us a lot of money. Their office staff was very helpful and their movers were timely and courteous. They did damage a TV stand and agreed to pay for it with no hassle. I would use them again
The staff treated our entire contents in the 3-bedroom rental with the same gentle handling of fragile objects. The glassware along with appliances reached their destination without any damage.
I usually ask friends to help me move, but I made the best choice by hiring Americas Moving and Storage. They arrived quickly and handled my boxes better than my friends! They used ramps and ropes for the refrigerator and positioned the car to minimize movement while driving. They were truly the best movers ever.
