Not good

Picked up June 5th. First delivery date June 8th. It is now June 24th. Called customer service numerous times to get told they would call “dispatch” for an update and call me back. Guess what no call backs. They charged for picture boxes when they already were bubble wrapped and secure in cardboard. I had less than quoted items and they said I used more space than quoted. That’s not possible. I was quoted 60 small moving boxes used only around 35. I sold a queen beds, dresser that was quoted prior to pick up. How in the world did I use more space? Another additional cost added for “extra space” The movers didn’t speak English and had to use text translation to English. Do not use this company.

Did a great job with my son move!

We needed movers to move our son from Charlotte to Baltimore. Americas Moving was reasonably priced and saved us $1500 by suggesting we we have then use a national intermediary to move our things from one state to another which took a few days longer but as I said saved us a lot of money. Their office staff was very helpful and their movers were timely and courteous. They did damage a TV stand and agreed to pay for it with no hassle. I would use them again

2 young guys that moved me were excellent .. they were so careful with every item and worked extremely hard moving me from a walk up to another walk up. I highly recommend them.
