Stole "Deposit" Money, Complete Scammers

This broker doesn't actually touch anything. They take your "deposit" as profit and then subcontract the work out to the lowest bidders. This front operates as borderline fraud. If you call their customer support, they deny, delay, and insist that they need an email or that they've "escalated to a specialist". Anything to get you off the phone. They can never tell you where your stuff is because quite honestly, they don't know. It's with whatever fly by night movers that bid the lowest. On top of that, they intentionally underestimated the amount of stuff we had so that the "estimate" would be low. Then when the movers show up, they charge you for what you're actually shipping.

Did a great job with my son move!

We needed movers to move our son from Charlotte to Baltimore. Americas Moving was reasonably priced and saved us $1500 by suggesting we we have then use a national intermediary to move our things from one state to another which took a few days longer but as I said saved us a lot of money. Their office staff was very helpful and their movers were timely and courteous. They did damage a TV stand and agreed to pay for it with no hassle. I would use them again

The team was incredibly accommodating of our tight schedule and had no trouble managing an extra delivery stop along the way. They followed every detail exactly as requested. If you're upfront with them they are upfront with you.

By far the smoothest move I've ever done. Smoother than a babies bottom! Professional, courteous, and meticulous in every aspect of the move. They took care with every item and made sure it was wrapped and protected before doing anything. If you're upfront with them they are upfront with you.
