I gotta be real…but damn, am I glad I went with Americas Moving and Storage. These guys came in and got straight to work, taking care of everything without any drama. They loaded up my air conditioners and metal furniture like it was nothing. They detached and removed them from the walls and windows, and they used blankets and tape to cover them up. They unplugged and wrapped them up in bubble wrap and cardboard, and they placed them in padded crates. They were very gentle and cautious, and they made sure nothing was broken or bent.
I've used moving services before, but this experience was lit. David was professional from the start. He asked how I wanted my fragile items packed and placed them carefully. I organized my shelves neatly, and no books were bent. The best part was how everything was loaded into the vehicle. William carefully loaded my piano. They unloaded and arranged everything in the new house without any hassle.
I am very satisfied with the service from this moving company. The crew was punctual, courteous, and hardworking, and they handled my belongings with genuine care. Everything was organized from loading through delivery, and I appreciated how smoothly the team managed the entire process. It was a dependable experience from start to finish.
America's Moving And Storage ripped me off completely. I called for an estimate and gave very exact space measurements, because I was moving from a storage unit, not a house. I repeatedly gave the exact volume of the storage unit and an accurate list of the contents. I had over 80 boxes. The sales representative, Grant Hill (at least that is what he SAID his name was) quoted me just over 2000 dollars to move the contents of my 10x7x7 storage unit from Seattle to Phoenix. I have never paid for a move before, so saw no problem with that price. 2 days after they had taken the non refundable 50% deposit straight from my bank account, I got a call from their customer service to "go over details". I repeatedly the information I had given the original sales rep. They exclaimed "Oh no! That isn't right!" And told me that it would cost me $1700 more dollars to move exactly what he had quoted me at $2000. I ended up only moving half my stuff and now have 2 storage unit payments for at least the next 9 months.
The moving team had a commendable work ethic. All 4 of them coordinated excellently amongst themselves and worked in perfect synchronization. All thanks to them, our relocation to our apartment wrapped up on schedule (in 4 days only). We cannot thank them enough for providing nothing but quality!

By far the smoothest move I've ever done. Smoother than a babies bottom! Professional, courteous, and meticulous in every aspect of the move. They took care with every item and made sure it was wrapped and protected before doing anything. If you're upfront with them they are upfront with you.
We had a very good experience with the moving team. Everyone was courteous and professional, and our belongings were handled with care. If we need movers again in the future, we’d be happy to use them.
This team is very easy to communicate with. From the very beginning we FaceTimed so they knew exactly what was needed to be moved. The quote included a very transparent list of cost. And if you need to remove anything, they will provide an updated quote before your move with updated costs. The 3 gentlemen that came were very friendly and efficient. took care of everything prior to wrapping it and was very care of the walls. I would use them again if we were to move in the future.
