The whole practice was well planned from the preliminary co-ordination to the final unloading. They were friendly and had taken care of our belongings.
They are deserving of all praise for their movers! My Grandmother was going into a live in care facility and she was very nervous about the move. But the movers treated her like family – they engaged her in conversation, reassured her and even took extra care with her favorite rocking chair. Once they brought her to them they created her new room in the same way that it was at her house and the transition seemed slightly easier. It meant the world to her!
We were moving our office to a larger space, and I was nervous about getting everything organized and set up in time. Americas Family & Moving Services really helped take the load off. They carefully packed up our computers, equipment, and furniture and set everything up in the new office. The team worked smoothly and made sure we were all set by the end of the day. Great service!
This was not our first attempt, so we did know what could go wrong. Luckily this time it was much simpler and we didn't have to spend the whole day chasing the movers around.
We were helping my parents move into a smaller flat from their spacious family home. Besides packing what we needed and arranging a charity pickup for the items they no longer required, the company's movers were extremely patient as they helped us go through decades' worth of possessions. They were fantastic!

We were relocating from our small apartment to our larger home and were very happy with the movers working efficiently. Did not complain about the amount of boxes we had and were careful of furniture. The unloading was as well co-ordinated as the loading.
This was my first time using professional movers, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was much easier than we were able to do everything ourselves. Heavy lifting, organized wrapping and loading of furniture into the truck. It was a big relief to have to hand the hard work to the professionals.
They went so far as to phone me the day after to check in and ask if I needed anything, and to confirm that everything had gone according to plan. You followed up with that, and it was crucial.

The team worked quickly and even helped set up my new office. They also moved a few extra boxes not originally included in the plan. Everything was well-organized and efficient.
